Positive: The staff and management were terrific. They are very kind, helpful, professional, courteous and personable. After staying the one night (which I was fortunate to book due to a cancellation) we returned the following two evenings for after dinner drinks because we are so fond of the location and staff. Our son joined us and he wanted to come by as well. This was my return visit (last visit 2011, and my son’s second visit since 2014). We would have loved staying the nights there with our son but we were not able to schedule our vacation till after your hotel was fully booked, with the exception of the one night). The breakfast was wonderful and delicious. The hot chocolate is the best I’ve ever had! We had a wonderful visit at your hotel and hope that we are able to get back to Zermatt again and stay at the Omnia. This time during the winter. Thank you, L Walker

Positive: the service and people were really of a 5 stars hotel. location is perfect

Negative: Deco is of course elegant and sleek in design, but I could say almost too masculine. Like a men’s club.. As the outside fornitures could use a renovation soon, if may I recomend go bold and think on Knoll with Patricia Urquiola designs, it would give it a high class and femenine touch.

Positive: The hotels location is perfect. When we arrived the staff was personable and took care of us. We loved the peaceful environment and the room was very comfortable. Every detail was considered. Well worth the expense. We will be back! My new favorite hotel.
